Postal Assistant:-
Qualification: Educational & Other - 10+2 Standard or 12th Class pass from a university Of School or Board or Secondary Education with English as a compulsory subject (excluding vocational streams) The applicants should have (a) Studied language Hindi as a subject at least in Matriculation level Standard certificate oi Sports/ Event (in which applied for) issued by the Competent Authority.
2. Desirable: The candidate should have knowledge of local language (i.e Hindi) of the HP state and should have studied Hindi as a subject at least upto Matriculation level. Candidates with higher qualifications are not entitled for any weight age in the process Candidates who have passed Vocational course or job oriented course only. are not eligible Candidate must have computer application/ typing and Data knowledge upto the required standard, i.e. 30/25 words speed per minute in English/ Hindi.
Age: 18-21 years as on closing date of receipt of applications
Application Fee: Unreserved, OC and OBC - Rs.400/-, SC/ST/Women - Rs.100/-
Salary: Rs. 5,200 - Rs. 20,200/- Per Month

Selection Procedure
1. Meritorious Sports candidates will be selected for appointment based on the instructions contained Department Of personnel and Training
2. The selection of the candidates will be made strictly on the required educational sports qualification and subject to fulfillment of other prescribed conditions & instructions as contained in Paras 3 & 4 above, as well as directions of the Competent authority whose decision will be final.
