Education Qualification :-
For the Post of Director :-
Education :- The applicant should be an engineering graduate from a recognized University/Institution with good academic record. Applicants holding MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in management will have an added advantage.
Experience :- The applicant should possess adequate technical/operational experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in Steel sector.
Job Description and Responsibilities :-
Director(Technical) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman. He ensures effective technology and operational strategies and activities, project management capabilities for efficient, optimum and smooth operations of the plants.
Duration of Appointment :- The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannaution or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Age: 45 Years
For the Post of Chairman :-
Education :- The applicant should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Applicants with Technical/MBA qualifications will have added advantage.
Experience :- The applicant should have adequate experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute. Applicants with experience in Finance/Marketing/Production will have added advantage. Knowledge of Iron/Steel sector is desirable.
