General Instructions :
1. They should also be in possession of the certificates in the prescrib format of Govt. Of India in support of their claim. Candidates claiming reservation/age relexation under category should submit their OBC certificate as prescribed vide Govt Of India, Department of Personnel Training 0M No. 36012/22/93-Estt(SCT) dated 15-11-1993
2. Interested candidates may appear for the walk-in-interview as per given schedule alongwith their origir documents and Xerox copies in support of ther date of birth, proof of educational qualificatlon, experien certificate, caste certificate as per Government of India Format, non-reamy layer certificate as Government Of India format valid after 01/032016 or latest in case of OBC They are advised to appear interview with duly filled Annexure-A' which is available on website. Private practice of any kind will not be allowed (except for part time specialist). The number of væancies/ category-wise væancies may varyllikely to increase/decrease.
3. No TNDA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the walk-in-interview. Application should be submitted for each post separately. The Medical Superintendant reserves the right to fill up all or not to fill up any vacancy. The Medical Superintendant reserves the right to alter the date or cancel the interview. Full-time specialist are on contractual basis for one year have to sign the contræt on a stamp paper of 100/- before jotning. The original contræt will be with the hospital and its copy will be with candidate
