Educational Qualification : LLM
Other Qualifications :
1. (a) LLM with atleast 55% marks with specialization in Criminal Law (b) Must have qualified NE"I' (c) One year aggregate teaching experience at undergraduate level in any institution affiliated to recognized University or a constituent unit or a University. Desirable: Knowledge of Cyber Law/ Laws relating to Intellectual Properly Rights (IPR).
2. Emoluments: Rs. 51, 000(Likely to be revised as per 7th CPC's notification) Note: (l) Amount of Pension will be deducted from the above remuneration in case of Government Pensioners. Note: (2) Serving otT1cers if appointed against these posts will be deemed to be on deputation till the date of their retirement or one year (whichever is earlier) and they will be paid emoluments as admissible in their cadre alongwith 'Fraining Allowance @ 30% as per rules. After retirement they will be deemed to be on contract basis and no other allowance of any type would be admissible.
