ii. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: 1. Sr.Scale Group 'A' / Group 'B' officer with Minimum 3 years service in Senior Scale. 2. Good Knowledge of HR Functioning, Labour Rules/Acts and Familiarity with DPE/DOPT Rules. 3. Working Knowledge of Computer
iii. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Cadre Controlling - Creation/Upgradation of Posts, Manpower Planning, Disbursement of Salary & Allowances, Monitoring of all Payments, Implementation of NPS, Coordination with Training Institutes and Organizing
Age: NOT MORE THAN 50 YRS.
