Draft policies and implementation of the same. Vendor evaluation. Demarcation of SLA / MPA & relevant work (handover of IT Outsourced resources from Procurement Team to HR Team). Conducting employee engagement activity. Leave / Attendance management
Developing retention strategy. Career Development / Planning of outsourced resources. R & R for outsourced resources. Processing payroll. Maintenance of outsourced employee tracker
