Maintenance Assistant:
Qualification Details:
Applications are invited from the retired Workmen of NMDC Ltd., for the following posts on short term contract basis for Diamond Mining Project, Panna
1. Post Name & Salary: Maintenance Assistant(MA) - 31,000/- (Rupees thirty one thousand only
2. Required Minimum years of Experience before retirement: 02 years & above as MA in Mining
3. The period of contract will be for a period of one year initially which can be extended by one more year on mutual consent.
Age: The age of the retired workmen applying for the above posts should be between 60 years to 64 years as on last date of receipt of applications.
Electrician:
Qualification Details:
Applications are invited from the retired Workmen of NMDC Ltd., for the following posts on short term contract basis for Diamond Mining Project, Panna
1. Post Name & Salary: Electrician - 35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand only)
2. Required Minimum years of Experience before retirement: 02 years & above in the original skill of Electrical(RS-4 and above)

2. Required Minimum years of Experience before retirement: 02 years & above in the original skill of MCO (RS-4 and above)
3. The period of contract will be for a period of one year initially which can be extended by one more year on mutual consent.
Age: The age of the retired workmen applying for the above posts should be between 60 years to 64 years as on last date of receipt of applications.
Maintenance Assistant - B.Tech/B.E, Diploma
Technician cum Operator - Diploma
HEM Operator - ITI
Terms and Conditions:
1. During the period Of contract, the workmen will maintain a high standard of loyalty, efficiency, integrity and commitment towards NMDC Limited. In case of Official tour to outside Panna, they will be paid TADA as applicable to RS-3 for Sl. No. (a) & (b) and RS-6 for Sl. no. (c) to (e) of Clause no.
2 .During the period of Contract, they will not be paid any other benefits/ allowances other than those specifically mentioned in this Circular. Company's ACCOMMODATION (A-type quarter or Joint accommodation) will be provided at the place Of posting, if available.
3. They should work in any shifts and the working hours will be same as applicable to the existing Workmen Of the company. During the contract period, the workmen will be entitled casual leave for 1 day for every completed calendar month which is in addition to weekly day Of rest. Selection will be made based on the Trade Test in their concerned field. The list of panel Of candidates will be prepared based on marks obtained by them in Trade Test in descending order.

Selection Procedure:
Their selection will be subject to medically found fit by registered medical practitioner.
