Selection Procedure:
The written test will be conducted within 30 Days from the last date for receipt of applications. The applications whose applicants have been accepted will be intimated about the exact date and venue of the written test.
How to Apply:
1. The applications must reach the Office of CEO, Cantonment Board, Dehradun, PIN:248003 Regd Post/Speed post within 30 days of the publication of advertisement in EMPLOYMENT NEWS/ROJGAR SAMACHAR An extra 15 days (Total 45 days) will be given to candidates from remote locations in the eight North Eastern States, Ladakh Division of J&K, Lahaul, Spiti & Pungi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & NicobarTslands and Lakshadweep.
2. The prescribed format for application is enclosed. The complete application as per prescribed format should be forwarded to Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Dehradun Cantt, PIN: 248003 through Reßl.ZSpeed post only.
3. The envelope should be super scribed with the name of post applied for "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT TEACHER/JUNIORASSISTANT'. Applicant must attach the following with the application:-
Two latest passport size photographs indicating his/her name on the back side Two self addressed envelopes Self attested copies of Matriculation or equivalent certificate regarding proof of age/date of birth Professional Qualification Certificates. Experience Certificate.
4. Non refundable Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- for General and Rs.300/- for SC/ST/OBC Candidates drawn in favour of CEO, Cantonment Board, Dehradun, payable on any nationalized Bank at Dehradun. Incomplete applications/ applications without requisite enclosure and bank draft shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Candidate in regular Govt. Employment should apply through proper channel. However an advance copy of the application can be sent but such candidates will be requested to provide a NOC from their employer at the time of skill test, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
5. The candidates will be personally responsible for correctness of all information furnished by them and shall be liable for action for any fraudulent information/forged documents submitted by them. The Cantonment Board, Dehradun reserves the right to short list/reject all applications without assigning any reason.
