Other Qualifications :
The officer should be Group A officer and have minimum 20 years service. The officer should have experience in Railway Construction and maintenance. He should be from construction/open line and having experience in planning and execution of civil works. He should have knowledge in contract management.
Age : He should he less than 58 years of age

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
