1. Retired Sr. Section Engineer/Section Engineer of S&T Department from Indian Railway and having minimum twelve (12) of years experience In the maintenance/construction of oroject, including working in Jr. Supervisor (JE/S&T) Level.
2. Pay Scale: 7th CPC pay Matrix Level-7 (6th CPC Grade Pay Rs.4600/-).
