b. Consultant - General Manager: Officer retired from scale of Rs.131100 - 216600 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level -13A. OR Rs 100000 – 260000 (IDA).
c. Consultant – Addl. General Manager: Officer retired from scale of Rs.123100 - 215900 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level -13. OR Rs 90000 – 240000 (IDA).
d. Consultant - Joint General Manager: Officer retired from scale of Rs.78800 – 209200 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level -12. OR Rs 80,000 – 220000 (IDA).

2. Experience – Candidates with experience in Civil/Track/P Way/Bridge, Electrification Works/OHE, Signaling & Telecom shall be given preference.
3. Duration of the Service Contract – Duration of Service Contract will be initially for a period of 1 year, further extendable till duration of the project or attaining age of 65 years whichever is earlier.
4. Compensation – Consolidated lump sum payment per month will be calculated as per formula below:- 1) Officer retired from CDA Grade = 50% of Basic Pay + DA (CDA pattern) there upon as on the date of employment (fixed). 2) Officer retired from IDA Grade = 70% Basic Pay + DA (IDA pattern) there upon as on the date of employment (fixed).
Age: Age should be above 60 years but below 64 years as on the last date of receipt of application (30.08.2018).
