Job Location: New Delhi
Qualification Details:
1. Essential:- Persons having Masters Degree in Relevant Subject or technical qualification like B. Tech., LLB, MBA or equivalent qualification in relevant field with age below 35 years (as on date of application) are eligible for the post of Young Professional.
2. Experience:- Those having experience with relevant field of working in Govt. Dept. / PSUs will be given preference.
3. Job Description: Compilation of performance data with respect to emerging/proven Athletes and Coaches in various National and International Camps in consultation with National Sports Federations. Carry out all necessary documentations with regard to the National Coaching Camps such as attendance, Data Analysis with respect to International/National Standards etc. Ranking of players and Coaches at National/International and World Level; Performance assessment of existing Coaches at National/International level.Assisting SAI in HR related issues / Procurement of Equipment / Goods / Services.
4. Remuneration: - Fixed Monthly remuneration of Rs. 45,000/- for fresh Graduates and up to Rs. 60,000/- for others as per the experience and qualifications as recommended by the designated committee.
Age: The maximum age shall not be more than 35 years on the last date of receipt of applications
Other Conditions:
1. The applications received will be scrutinized and eligible candidates will be called for Interview at cost to the applicant. In case they are required to precede outstation from their place of posting on tour for official duty, they will be entitled to TA/DA as admissible under the rules as applicable to Officers of the level of Assistant Director in SAI.
2. In case performance of any Young Professional is not found up to the mark, their services will be discontinued after giving one month notice. Sports Authority India may withdraw offer at any time without assigning any reason.
3. The DG SAI shall be the final authority in case of any issue arising out of this contract. This appointment will be on contract basis and does not confer any right to claim to permanent employment in SAI.Sports Authority of India reserves the right to terminate the contract, by giving thirty days notice to any Young Professional.
