a .Qualifications: Graduate/ Preferably MBA (Marketing)

b. Experience: 2 years + in similar business

c. Eligibility: Knowledge of merchant acquiring with the ability to hit the ground running. Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to that customer. Good Communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (Suppliers, Third Parties) Basic Knowledge of Banking Good computer knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point )

d. Overall Job Purpose: To drive Merchant Acquiring Business, establish continuous relationship with the merchants to gain maximum value and lead the team.

e. Principle Function & Responsibilities: Retail Customer acquisition & Customer retention. Merchant management through building relationship with merchants. To run campaigns for increasing terminal usage/activation/sourcing of merchant applications. Responsible for the provision of strategic sales planning to ensure achievement of sales goals in the medium to long term. Proactive identification of new prospects and support the business development. Merchant Management through building relationship with merchants. Interface with various departments, Technical Service providers (TSPs) in order to provide prompt service to the corporate merchants.

Sales Manager - Corporate Relationship - Mumbai

e. Principle Function & Responsibilities: Maintaining Relationship and continuous interaction with Corporate Merchants and major store level. Keep a tab on competitor’s position and market scenario. Sourcing new corporate merchants by leveraging market relationship. Monitoring business generated by merchants allocated to them and ensuring increase in total as well as on-us volumes. Corporate Customer acquisition & Customer retention. Proactive identification of new prospects and support the business development. Merchant Management through building relationship with merchants. Interface with various departments, Technical Service providers (TSPs) in order to provide prompt service to the corporate merchants. To devise strategies and formulate sales plan to ensure achievement of sales goals, medium as well as long term.
