Qualification Details:
1. Eligibility : Candidates Finished 10Th Class, Re-engagement of staff, who have retired from Railway service from Ministerial cadre.
2. Pay Scale : . The monthly remuneration for re-engaged retired employee is fixed as monthly remuneration determined by reducing pension from his/her last pay drawn (i.e. Basic Pay + DA). The re- engaged retired employees are not entitled for any other benefit or facilities except the monthly remuneration.

Attested copy of following documents should be attached with the application and it is mandatory.
a) Service Certificate.
b) Pensioner ldentitY Card'
c) Valid professional driving license.
d) Pension PaYment Order.
e) Bank Pass Book (1"t Page) Indicating A/C No. & IFSC Code'
f) PAN Card.
g) Aadhar Gard.
h) 03 Passport size Golour Photographs.

How to Apply:
1. The scheme is valid upto 01.12.2019.
2. Ministerial Staff retired from Railway Service from Engg. Deptt. for the post of OS/G and from any Deptt. for the post of Peon can only apply.
3. The re-engagement shall be strictly upto the age Of 65 years (OR) till 01.12.2019 (OR) till the availability Of regular candidates, whichever is earlier. Senior-most retired re-engaged employees in terms of age will be disengaged first on joining of regular candidates.
4. The maximum upper age limit for the Re-engagement of retired staff is 65 years. The service of re-engaged employee will terminate automatically on completion of 65 years of age.
5. The Administration is at liberty to terminate the service of the re-engaged employees even before 01.12.2019 by giving 07 days' notice.
6. The employees Removed/Dismissed/CompuIsory retired as a result of disciplinary action or in review are not eligible for Re-engagement.
7. The monthly remuneration for re-engaged retired employee is fixed as monthly remuneration determined by reducing pension from his/her last pay drawn (i.e. Basic Pay + DA). The re- engaged retired employees are not entitled for any other benefit or facilities except the monthly remuneration.
8. The retired employee shall execute an agreement to abide by all the terms and conditions of the re-engagement.
9. Re-engagement shall be subject to prescribed medical fitness for the post.
10. Suitability / Competency of the applicant shall be adjudged before their re-engagement The Re-engaged retired employee will have to give 7 days' Notice for discontinuing the service.
11. Re-engaged employees shall be on duty as per requirements of the activity. The duty hours can be changed as per the requirement of work by the administration. The Re-engaged employee will not be eligible for any kind of leave ( like CL, RH, LAP, Sick Leave etc). For absence if any, appropriate deduction will be made from the monthly remuneration.
12. The last date for submission of the application is 25.04.2019. Staff retired from Railways desirous for re-engagement, have to submit their applications in the prescribed format at Annexure-A addressed to General Manager (P)/MLG, N.F.Railway, Maligaon, Guwahati- 781011 by registered post OR may be dropped in the box kept at ISt floor of General Manager (P)/MLG's Office, Medical/Establishment section within 25.04.2019 upto 17.00 hours. Applications received after the cut off date i.e. 25.04.2019 will not be accepted/entertained.
13. Interview will be held on 02-05-2019 at PCE's Office/MLG. All applicants are advised to attend PCE/MLG Office at 10.00 hours on 02.05.2019 without fail. The applications of those failing to attend the Interview will be summarily rejected.
