Educational Qualification:
1. Consultant (Speech Pathologist or /and Audiologist):
M.Sc in Speech and Hearing/ MASLP/ M.Sc (Audiology)/ M. Sc (Speech Pathology) or Equivalent with 2 years experience and RCI registration.
2. Consultant (Special Educator – Hearing Impairment):
a. Masters Degree
b. M.Ed. Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks
3. Consultant (Special Educator -Mental Retardation):
Master Degree in any field with D.Ed (MR)/ B. Ed (MR) with RCI registration
4. Consultant Special Educator (Hearing Impairment) equivalent to Reader:
a. Masters Degree
b. M.Ed. Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks Or an equivalent grade of Bin 7- point scale Or An equivalent degree
c. Ph.D. in Education with a research emphasis on Special Education
d. Should have completed at least 5 years of experience as a lecturer in specific disability area.
5. Accounts Assistant (Consultant):
Commerce Graduate with hands-on knowledge of Computer. Minimum 3 Years experience
6. Office Assistant (Academic)- Consultant:
Graduate with hands-on knowledge of computer. Minimum 3 Years experience.
7. Storekeeper-cum- workshop Supervisor (Consultant):
10+2 or equivalent. Minimum 3 Years experience
8. Clinical Assistant (Mental Retardation) – Consultant:
BMR /DSE(MR)/ equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of Clinical Experience.
Age Limit:
Senior Resident (Contractual) - 40 years.
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Consultant) - 45 years
Junior Resident (Contractual) - 33 years
Research Officer (Consultant) - 60 years or above
Nurse (Consultant) - 30 years,
Prosthetist and Orthotist (Consultant) - 40 years.

Pay Scale:
Senior Resident (Contractual) - Pay Matrix Level-11 Basic Pay Rs.67,700 + NPA and other allowance as admissible under Central Residency Scheme.
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Consultant) - Rs.1 ,20,000 per month.
Junior Resident (Contractual) - Rs.50,000 per month
Research Officer (Consultant) - Rs.40,000 p.m. or the rate applicable to retired employees (pensioners) whichever is lower
Nurse (Consultant) - Rs.35,000 per month
Prosthetist and Orthotist (Consultant) - Rs.35,000 per month
