UPSC Jobs Recruitment Notification 2019.Union Public Service Commission inviting applications for the positions of Assistant Director, Professor.Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Post and Vacancies :
Assistant Director:– 05 Posts
Professor (Gastro Medicine):- 01 Post
Professor (Gastro Surgery):- 01 Post
Professor (Neurology):- 01 Post
Professor (Radiology):- 01 Post

Qualification:
Assistant Director:– M.Sc. Degree in Entomology or Nematology or M.Sc. Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Entomology or Nematology or M.Sc. Degree in Zoology with specialization in Entomology or Nematology from a recognized University or Institution.

Professor (Gastro Medicine):- A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post Graduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Medical Gastroenterology) or Doctorate of Medicine (Gastroenterology) or Doctor of Medicine (Medicine)/ Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Gastroenterology.

Professor (Gastro Surgery):- A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Gastro Surgery – Magister Chirurguie (Surgical Gastroenterology): or Master of Surgery (Surgery) with two years special training in Surgical Gastroenterology).

Professor (Neurology):- A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Neurology).

Professor (Radiology):- A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Radio Diagnosis) or Doctor of Medicine (Radiology) or Master of Surgery (Radiology).

Age Limit:
Assistant Director 35 years
Professor (Gastro Medicine/Gastro Surgery/Radiology) 50 years
Professor (Neurology) 53 years

Pay Scale:- Rs. 5200 – 11200/- and Grade pay Rs 2400/-

Selection Process:
Selection will be on the basis of Recruitment Test and Interview.
