Programme Officer -
Walk-in-interview shall be conducted as scheduléd below for filling up of the following posts under National Health Mission, Kendrapara on contactual basis with a monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal
1. Programme Officer, Mental Health
2. Salary : Rs.52920 /- p.m
3. Qualification : MBBS degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Counci of India. Must have valid registation from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration Preference wil be given to qualified Psychiatrist witl MDI Diploma of National B)ard Pharmacy/ Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine/ MD in Medicine and those having post quaEfication experience in health sector.
Age: 21-65 Years
Pediatrician DEIC -
1. Pediatrician DEIC, DHH
2. Salary : Rs.66150/- p.m
3. Qualification : MBBS degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council of India. With M.D. in Pediatrics / Diploma of National board Child Health I Diploma in Child Health from any recognized university / institution S/Hemost have valid registration from the Odisha council of Medical re istration.
Age: 21-65 Years
Medical Officer -
1. MO , SNCU, DHH 03
a. Salary : Rs.52920/-
b. Qua : MBBS preferably having experience of yorking in Paediatric ward for two years. MD Paediatric I DCHR referable.
2. Medical Officer, STD, Clinic DHH 01
a. Salary : Rs.52920/-
b. Qua : MBBS degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council of India. Must have completed compulsory internship & also must have valid registration from the Odisha council of Medical Registration.
3. MO , (NCD Clinic/DHH) NPCDCS
a. Salary : Rs.52920/-
b. Qua : MBBS degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council of India. Must have valid registration from the OdiSha council of Medical Registraüon. Candidates having post qualification experience of working in hospital will be preferred.
4. MO DEIC
a. Salary : Rs.52920/-
b. Qua : MBBS degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council of India. Must have completed compulsory internship & also must have valid registration from the Odisha council of Medical registration
Age: 21-65 Years
General Instructions :-
1. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information I documents, his I her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances/ misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. ere not eligible.

All communication will be made through e-mail official website I Notice Board etc. The panel for above positions shall also remain valid for similar post I in other programmes under NHM ambit with same educational qualification and same remuneration, as will be decided by the Society.
3. Number of vacancies I remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement.

Selection Procedure :-
Further, the shortlisted candidates will be called for further tests in this regard Candidates are required to come for interview with duly filled in application form in prescribed format, available in the official website.

Interested candidates having requisite qualification and experience may register their names for the interview in between 28/12/2019 at 10.30 A.M. to 12 Noon of the date (s) mentioned against each post. No registration will be allowed in any case after scheduled time of registration. The candidates are required to bring their all original documents pertaining to all claims made by them for verification. After verification, the database of the candidates shall be displayed in the website for invitation of Objection. Further, the shortlisted candidates will be called for further tests in this regard Candidates are required to come for interview with duly filled in application form in prescribed format, available in the official website: www.kendrapara.nic.in and bring all certificates I testimonials, in original and a set of self attested photocopies of the same, in support of age, qualification and experience, & others for verification. Candidates are also required to bring two recent passport size colour photographs and self photo ID proof (Voter ID card / PAN card I Driving License / Aadhar card I Passport). Incomplete application in any form will be rejected.
