Qualification Details:
1. Position: Assistant Director of Census Operations (T)

2. Officers under the Central Government or the State Governments: holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with three years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the Pay Band PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) and Grade Pay of Rs.46(000or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or with eight years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the Pay Band PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) and Grade Pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department

3. Essential Qualifications & experience: Master's Degree in Statistics or Operation Research or Mathematics (with Statistics) or Economics (with Statistics) or Commerce (with Statistics) or Anthropology (with Statistics) or (with Statistics) or Demography (with Statistics) of a recognized University. Three years experience in collection, compilation, tabulation and analysis of statistical data.

4. desirable:  Master's degree in Population Studies from a recognised University.

5. Position:Assistant Director (Data Cenre)

6. Officer under the Central/ State Governments/ Union Territories/ Universities/ Recognized Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi Government/ Autonomous or Statutory Organizations: holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre department ; or with five years' regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 6500-10500 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department ; or  with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 5500-9000 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.

7. Essential Qualifications: in Computer Master's Degree Applications/ Computer Science or Master in (with specialization in Computer Application) or Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer from a recognized University or equivalent. Four years experience of Electronics Data Processing work including experience of actual programming. or Degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science or Degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent Five years' experience of Electronics Data Processing work out of which atleast two years' should be in actual programming. or Master's Degree of a recognized University or equivalent or Degree in Engineering from a recognized,University or equivalent. Six years' experience in Electronic Data Processing work out of which atleast three years' experience should be in actual programming. or 'A' Level Diploma under DOEACC Programme or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application offered under University Programme/ Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Application Awarded by State Council of Technical Education or equivalent. Six years' experience in Electronic Data Processing work out of which atleast three years' experienceshould be in actual Programming.

8. Position: Assistant Director (Admn.)

9. Officers under the Central Government:  Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; or With five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in the scale of pay of Rs. 6500-10500 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; or With eight years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in the scale of pay of Rs. 5500-9000 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; and

10. Essential:  Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or equivalent.  Three years experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters.

11.Desirable: Should have undergone training in Organisation and Methods and work-study methods from Institute of Secretariat training and Management.

Age:
The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on closing date of receipt of applications.
