Applications are invited from bright, young talents for 2 Research Associates (RA) to work in challenging area of research of national importance. Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) is pursuing research in the areas of advance semiconductor materials and devices. Some of the research areas include development of compounds semiconductors (bulk crystal and epilayer structure), MEMS, MMICs, laser diodes, IR sensors, Nano-technology etc. The laboratory is equipped with state of ar preparation, characterization, device fabrication and circuit design facilities.
