Qualification Details:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking in the Aeronautical Industry needs to engage One Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor)(Physician) and Two Part Time/ Visiting General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO) for HAL Hospital at Accessories Division, Lucknow. The engagement is purely on part-time basis and the initial engagement will be for a period of 2 years. The details are mentioned hereunder:

3.Qualification: MD/DNB– General Medicine with Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
4.Remuneration for Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor):@ Rs. 2500/- for 2 hours per day + Rs. 250/- (for conveyance per visit). Total emolument for one week (i.e. 3 days a week) Rs.7500/- + Rs. 750/- = Rs. 8250/-. Total annual emolument will be Rs. 8250/- x 52 weeks = Rs. 429000/- approx. (Note: The number of days of visit would be maximum 3 days per week as per requirement)
5.Period of Engagement: The initial engagement for the above posts will be for a period of two years
Age: Upper age limit is 65 years as on 01.10.2020.
General Terms & Conditions :
1.The Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs would be reporting to a designated regular Doctor in the Hospital of the Division.
2.The Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs having post qualification experience should be in the relevant stream for the above posts;
3.The engagement of Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs will be purely temporary and will not confer any right to the Visiting Consultant and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs to claim the status of a regular employee of the Company;
4.The Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs will not be entitled for any other Allowance or Benefits other than those indicated above;
5.The Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs will abide by the Company Rules & Regulations governing their engagement;
6. The Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs will safeguard the security and confidentiality of all official matters and secrecy of information coming to his/ her knowledge;
7. The Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs will be covered under the Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax etc., as per the applicable Rules. All such Taxes would be deducted from the remuneration payable to the Visiting Consultant and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs;
8. The engagement of the Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) and Part Time/ Visiting GDMOs will stand automatically terminated on completion of the prescribed tenure as specified in the Offer of Engagement. The engagement can be terminated even earlier, with one month Notice in writing by either side or payment (Consolidated Remuneration equivalent to the amount payable for 5 visits) in lieu of the Notice.
9. HAL reserves the right to cancel/ restrict/ enlarge/ modify/ alter the Advertisement/ Recruitment process and/or the Selection Process there under, without issuing any further notice whatsoever. Number of vacancies can be modified as per the discretion of the Management or even cancel the whole process of engagement without assigning any reason.
