Qualification Details:
Applications are invited from officers of Central Government/Defence Services to fill up the vacancy in the following post in National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO) on Deputation/Absorption (For Ex-serviceman: Deputation/Re.enrployment) basis :

4.The essential eligibility criteria for the aforementioned posts is as under:(a) officers of the central Government or Defence Services: - (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or (ii) with three years of regular service as Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent (commensurate with Grade pay of Rs. 8000/- in pB-4 in 6rh cpc); or (iii) with five years of regular service in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix; and (b) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience: - (i) Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/lnstitution; and (ii) Ten years experience in the field of Security and Intelligence worK
5.Note-1 : The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on promotion,
6.Note-2 : The Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/depaftment of the Central government shall ordinarily not exceed 05 years,
7.For Ex-Serviceman : Deputation/re.employment: The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter, they may be continued on re-employment,
Age: The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be not exceed fifty-six (56) years as on the closing date of receipt of the application
