Qualification Details:
The South Indian Bank Ltd., a Premier Scheduled Commercial Bank in India, invites applications from Indian Nationals for the role of Debt Resolution/ Recovery Officers.

1. Scale IV or Scale V The scale of appointment will be fixed by the management based on the qualification and experience of the applicant
2. Work Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Banking/ Financial sector with minimum 7 years in the relevant field.
3. Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
4. Probation Period 1 year
5. Compensation Package: IBA Package as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited. Higher fitment of Basic Pay for deserving candidates under the discretion of Management. Will be eligible for basic Performance Linked Incentives (PLI). All other benefits as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited
6. Job Description:
Resolution/ Recovery of Corporate loan exposure.
Strong flair on Negotiated settlement in Corporate Sector.
Adequate Knowledge on RDB Act, SARFAESI Act and other relevant laws etc.
Practical experience in initiating Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 against various Corporate
Debtors and its Personal Guarantors, CIRP Proceeding & Liquidation
7. Place of Posting: Initially at Delhi and Hyderabad (Liable for transfer anywhere in India at the sole discretion of the Bank.)
Age: Not more than 50 years

General Conditions:
Before filling in the online application form, the applicant must ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility criteria with respect to age, educational qualifications, work experience etc. in respect of the post for which he/she is making the application. Selection Procedure :
1. A committee formulated by the Bank will conduct the initial shortlisting of the applications based on the suitability for the roles.
2. Adequate number of shortlisted applicants will be called for the Interview.
3. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the applicant for being called for the Interview.
4. The Bank reserves the right to make required modifications in the selection process considering the number of applications for the post and also decide the number of applicants to be called for the Interview.
5. In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
