Education Qualification :
University Grants Commission invites application from Indian national for the post of Consultant purely on contract basis. The details of the post are hereunder:
1. Name of the Post: Consultant for International Cooperation
2. Number of Position: 02
3. Location: UGC (Headquarters), New Delhi
4. Job Profile:
a) Assist the Commission in promoting global outreach of higher education in line with National Education Policy 2020.
b) Assist the Commission in all such academic, research and administrative activities related to International Collaboration Bureau in accordance with the Regulations and relevant rules.
c) Any other work related to National Education Policy or assigned by the competent authority
d) The Consultant, International Cooperation will report to the Bureau Head, International Collaboration
5. Period of Engagement: Initially for a period of one year extendable on year to year basis
6. Remuneration: Rs. 75,000 - 1,00,000 per month depending upon the qualification and experience
7. Essential Qualification: Master Degree in Political Science/International Relations from a recognized University/Institute with at least 55% Marks. NET in relevant subject
8. Desirable Qualification: Work experience in field related to educational policy/administration/ International Relations. Experience of studying/working abroad shall be preferred.
