Education Qualification -
Applications are invited tor filling up Of 06 (Six) psts ot Chief Administrative Officer, Group 'A' in Level 12 of pay matrix (Rs. 78800 - 209200) in Mumbai, Kochi, Visakhapatnam and New Delhi under the administrative control of Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) on deputation basis. The eligibility conditions for applicants are as under:
1. Post Name: Chief Administrative Officer
2. No of Post: 06
3. Pay: Level 12 of pay matrix (Rs. 78800 - 209200)
4. Deputation: - Officers under Central Government or State Government or Union Territories;
(a) (i) holding posts on basis in the Parent Cadre or Department or
(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level 11 in the pay matrix (Rs. 67700 - 208700/-), in the Parent Cadre or Department; and
(b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
(i) Degree Of a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) Post Graduate Diploma in personnel Management or Human Resource Manage- ment from a recognised University or Institution.
(iii) Ten years in administration and establishment matters in a gazetted post.
Age:
The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Note:
Note 1: The Departmental Officers in the feeder category, who are in the direct line of promotion, shall not be eligible tor consideration tor appointment on deputation. Similarty, deputationists Shall not eligible tor consideration tor appointment by promotion.
Note 2: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another Ex-cadre post held preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Departrnent of the Central Govemment shall ordinarity not exceed tour years.
Note 3: The terms and conditions of deputation will be govemed by the DoP&T's 0M No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17 June 2010 as amended frorn time to time-
