3. Qualificaitons: Candidates with B.E./B Tech with 1st class in Production/Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering are to apply. M.Tech/ME/MBA degrees will be preferred. A minimum of 25 years' post qualification work experience in the production of aerospace / high precision components involving precision machining, fabrication, welding, heat / surface treatment and quality control is required. Out of this 25 years, a minimum of 8 years experience should be at the Senior Management level (DGM/Equivalent and above). Higher managerial experience in high technology Manufacturing and General Administration in reputed manufacturing companies / Departments with large industrial work force is essential.
4. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
