General Terms and Conditions
1. No Pass/PTO will be admissible to contract Staff
2. The contract shall be terminated once a need is over or COVID-19 pandemic is over or non- compliance of administrative order or non - performance of the contract staff, whichever is earlier.
3. It is expected that their services shall be utilized for COVID-19 related activities, hence a through knowledge about the ask involved has to be borne in mind.
4. Due risk about COVID-19 will be explained to each contract staff before hand. No TA/DA and facilities for accommodation and transport will be provided. Identity card will to contract staff by administration.
5. The Contract staff will be utilized for general patients if COVID-19 patients are not available in Railway_Hospital. They may also be utilized under jurisdiction of NMC for treatment of COVID patient.
6. CMS DRH NGP will be the final authority to decide if any discrepancies arise.
7. Contract staff has to provide documents of previous experience, if any
8. Certificates of all Contract staff will be verified by DRH NGP and if found false action will be taken.
9. In the due course of contract if any Contract staff is contacted with COVID-19, the Railway administration shall not be responsible for further treatment.
10. Age will be reckoned as on 08.04.2021, i.e. date of notification.
Selection Procedure :
Interview will be conducted online on Skype Video Conferencing by Committee on daily basis from 10.00 Hrs onwards of short-listed candidates.
