Applications are invited for the post of Senior Advisor from retired Executives of Banks
Criteria for engaging retired bank executives:
1. Position: Senior Advisor
2. Areas: HR & IR (Key responsibilities will primarily include issues pertaining to Industry level HR & IR and wage negotiations in the Banking Industry)
3. Eligibility: Those who have retired as GM/CGM of Public Sector Banks/RBI/or equivalent post in Pvt. Sector Banks.
4. Experience: Candidate should have at least 5 years’ relevant experience Minimum experience of 1 year in HR & IR as CGM/GM/DGM
5. Compensation: ₹1,58,000/- per month (all inclusive) + Reimbursement of Conveyance Expenses of ₹15000/- + Reimbursement of Telephone Expenses of ₹2,000/- per month.
6. Engagement will be on contract basis for a period not exceeding 3 years. IBA will not be providing any accommodation and the selected candidate should make his own arrangement for the same
Age: Not exceeding 62 years as on 1st May 2021.
