Education Qualification :
The Company is looking for Engineering Diploma Holders in Category E pay- scale on Tenure basis for a period of 05 years with provision for absorption in the regular rolls of the Company subject to the organization requirement & performance of the employee.

3. Eligibility:
i. High School or its equivalent.
ii. 03 years diploma only through regular mode in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics will be considered.
iii. Minimum of 60% aggregate marks for Unreserved & OBC Candidates & 55% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates in diploma engineering.
4. Remuneration: Total emoluments at 19,029 at the minimum pay scale of Category E (4240-105-5500-115-6995) plus allowance & perks as per the Company's prevailing rules.
Age:
Upper Aqe Limit : A candidate applying for the post must be 18 years of age & must not be more than 30 years (as on date of advertisement) Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST / PWD/ Ex- service personnel and 3 years for OBC (Non creamy layer) in accordance with the Government of India Guidelines.
Application should be accompanied with the following strictly:
1. Self Attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets in proof of Educational Qualification (X standard / SSLC and onwards) should be attached & also Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.
2. SC/ST category candidates should attach attested photocopy of Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority .Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.
3. OBC (Non-creamy layer) category candidates should attach attested photocopy of Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format (Not older than 01 year as on the date of advertisement). Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.
4. Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) candidates should attach attested photocopy of the Certificate for the same issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format. Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.
5. Ex-service personnel category candidates should attach attested copy of service certificate. Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.
6. Candidates from Govt. / Central Govt. / State Govt./PSU should submit, No Objection Certificate from the present employer along with the Application.
7. Wherever CGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI or Letter Grade in diploma is awarded, its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University / Institute. The authentic conversion formula into percentage must be attached with the hardcopies submitted.
8. If the candidate has done 02 years diploma in regular mode (lateral entry), it will be considered only if, the valid certificate issued by the Institute/College/University about the lateral entry has been submitted by the candidate.

General Conditions:
1. Only Indian nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming appointment.
2. Educational Qualification & Age limit prescribed is as on the date of Advertisement.
3. Reservations for SC/SWOBC (Non creamy layer)/ Ex-Servicemen and Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) category exists as per Govt. of India Guidelines. Candidates belonging to OBC Category are required to submit latest certificate stating that they do not come under the purview of "Creamy layer' from a competent authority in the prescribed format issued by the Govt. Of India (not more than 01 year old as on the date of Advertisement).
4. The company reserves the right to consider only those candidates for Competitive Aptitude/Technical test who according to its decision rank high in terms of eligibility criteria. There will be negative marking. Each correct answer will be awarded by 2 marks & each wrong answer will be deducted by 0.5 marks.
5. Decision of the Company with regard to eligibility of Candidates will be final. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidates for admission to selection. Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
6. Company reserves the right to fill all or partially or not to fill any of the posts. The No. of posts to be filled may decrease or increase depending upon the actual / future requirements of the company.
7. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
8. To and fro Sleeper class (Non-AC) train fare by the shortest route will be reimbursed to SC/ST (on submission of train tickets) from out-stations as per rules of the Company.
9. Applications with insufficient information / incomplete will be rejected.
10. The Applicants who are engaged in service under the Central Govt /State Govt./Statutory Organization/PSU/Quasi Govt. should apply through Proper Channel or attach hardcopy of NOC along with the Application Format.
11. A candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of community reservation only in case the particular caste to which the candidates belong is included in the list of reserved communities issued by the Central Govt. If a candidate indicates in his/her application form that he/she belongs to SC/ST/OBC/GeneraI Category but subsequently writes to ITI to change his/her category, such request shall not be entertained by the Company.
12. The candidates are advised to submit only single online request application for each post. However, if somehow, if he/she submits multiple online recruitment application for one post then he/she must ensure that online request application with the higher "Application Number" is complete in all respects. Than only the online recruitment application with higher "Application Number" shall be entertained by the Company.
13. Court of Jurisdiction for any dispute / cause will be at Raebareli.
14.Any corrigendum/Addendum, if any, will be hosted/published on ITI website. Candidates are requested to visit the website regularly for updates.
15.Candidates possessing full time/regular diploma course from institute approved /recognized by AICTE will only be eligible to apply. The Diploma Mark-sheets downloaded directly from the Internet without having signature of the "Authorized Signatory" will likely to be rejected.
16.Wherever CGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI or Letter Grade in diploma is awarded, its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University / Institute. The authentic conversion formula into percentage must be attached with the hardcopies submitted for percentage verification, otherwise the application is likely to be rejected.
17. The candidates must have an active email-id and mobile number. All future communications with the candidates will take place only through email. Candidates have to ensure the accuracy of their email. ITI Ltd will not be responsible for bouncing of any email sent to the candidate.
18. In case of Date of Birth verification, Academic (educational) documentary Proof will only be considered.

Selection Procedure :
A) The Screening Committee will scrutinize the applications received based on the marks obtained by the Candidate in Diploma Engineering Examination & thus the Candidates will be called for the written test in the ratio of 1:15.
B) The final selection of the candidate will be based on the Merit list of Written test.
