4. Educational Background & Professional Experience:
a) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR Master’s degree in any discipline. (MBAs in Marketing/Finance and/or candidates having 2 or 3 years’ experience in related field may be given preference.)
b) Candidates with past experience in tele-marketing of financial/real estate products will be preferred.

6. Remuneration:
a) DME- D will be paid monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000/- on achievement of minimum business target. First 3 months will be considered as probation period without any minimum business requirement.
b) In addition to above, DME-D will be paid incentives linked to the business performance.
c) After the engagement period of 2 years on contractual basis the DME-D will have the option to be associated with the Company as a Marketing Intermediary. The compensation will be as per the prevalent commission structure applicable for Marketing Intermediary at that time.
7. Role and Responsibilities:
a) Converting the leads provided through telecalling
b) Following up and completing the documentation work for processing the loan proposal and getting all requirements.
c) Ensuring timely sanction and disbursement of completed loan applications.
d) Canvassing LICHFL’s Loan Products.
e) Customer relationship management – Providing after sales service.
f) Portfolio Monitoring
g) Any other jobs as specified from time to time.
Age:
Age should not be less than 21 years or more than 35 years.
