Education Qualification :
The Department of Community Medicine is conducting Operations Research projects funded by Tamil Nadu Health Systems Reform Project (TNHSRP) to evaluate the appropriateness of antimicrobial use and patient safety framework in public health facilities across selected districts of Tamil Nadu. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for the following posts

General Instruction and Conditions:
1. Qualification and experience should be in relevant discipline/ficld and from an recognized institution. Experience should have been gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
2. Qualification, experience, other terms and conditions may be relaxed/ altered at the discretion of the Project Investigator.
3. The posts are purely on contract basis for an external sponsored project, and no claim for any other regular post in ESIC/TNHSRP shall be entertained.
4. Decision of the selection committee will be final.
5. The candidate will be sclected based on the merit in online interview. No TA/ DA will be paid for the interview.
6. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
7. Submission of wrong or false information during the process of sclection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
8. The appointee may be relieved from the current job position, with one-month prior notice. If they fail to provide notice, they may be liable to pay one month's salary.
Selection Procedure :
Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through phone and email. Online interview will be conducted by first week of August, 2021. Selected candidates will be required to join the project by second week of August, 2021.
