b) English Shorthand exam passed with speed of 80 W.P.M. from Board/Institution recognized by M.P. Government. And
c) Valid C.P.C.T. score card from M.P.| Agency for Promotion of Information Technology (MAP-IT) or any other Agency/Institution recognized by the M.P. Govt. Or One year Diploma course passed in Computer Application from Institution recognized by M.P. Government.
