National Council of Educational Research and Training 2021 Jobs Recruitment Notification. NCERT inviting applications for the positions of Junior Project Fellow. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Job Location - New Delhi

Education Qualification :

The Department of Education in Social Sciences (DESS) is a constituent unit of the NCERT which is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. It is proposed to fill up the post of Junior Project Fellow on Contractual Basis

Projects Entitled: "Development of Supplementary study Materials on "India's Border Areas" 5.06

1. Essential: Master Degree in Geography with minimum 55% marks. (SC/ ST/ PH candidates are eligible with minimum of 50% marks in relevant master degree.)

2. Desirable: Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Geospatial technologies

3. Tenure: Upto 31st March, 2022

4. Fellowship:

(i) Rs. 25,000/- (for NET Qualified candidates)

(ii) Rs. 23,000/- (for Non-NET)

Projects Entitled: Effectiveness Promoting Integrated Module in the Teaching Learning of Economics at the Higher Secondary Stage 5.01

1. Essential: Master's Degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Sociology and education with minimum 55% marks. SC/ ST/ PH candidates are eligible with minimum of 50% marks ion relevant Master degree.

2. Desirable: Basic knowledge of computer in Hindi and English for processing of data and preparing report.

3. Tenure: Upto 31st March, 2022

4. Fellowship:

(i) Rs. 25,000/- (for NET Qualified candidates)

(ii) Rs. 23,000/- (for Non-NET)

Projects Entitled: 'Learning Social Sciences and Assessment in Indian Schools: A Study of secondary Level Students' Answer Scripts in National Capital Region (NCR) 5.02

1. Essential: Master's Degree in Social Sciences with minimum 55% marks. (SC/ ST/ PH candidates are eligible with minimum of 50% marks in relevant Master's degree).

2. Desirable: Basic knowledge of computer in Hindi and English for processing of data and preparing report.

3. Tenure: Upto 31st March, 2022

4. Fellowship:

(i) Rs. 25,000/- (for NET Qualified candidates)

(ii) Rs. 23,000/- (for Non-NET)

Age:

Should be below 40 years as per UGC guidelines (5 years relaxation in case of SC/ ST and Female candidates)

Other Conditions

1. The candidate who had already worked as Junior Project Fellow (JPF) in the NCERT for two years and more need not apply again.

2. Fellowship is purely on temporary basis and it will not confer on him/her any claim for regular employment in NCERT.

3. The candidates working with other organization should forward the application through their employer or being a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of interview.

4. SC/ ST/ PH candidates are eligible with minimum of 50% marks in relevant master degree.

5. The candidate may ensure that he/ she fulfills the eligibility conditions as mentioned above.

6. No TA/DA will be paid by the NCERT for attending the interview.

7. The selected candidate will be required to join immediately.

Selection Procedure :

Shortlisted candidates will be interview for which they wilt be informed through phone/e-mail

1. Interested candidates who fulfill the above conditions may send their applications online of the e-mail ( jpf.dess20@gmail.com) of the Department of Education in Social Sciences latest by 27.08.2021 up to 5.00 p.m.

2. Candidates must being their Resume/ Bio-data (With Photo) along with original certificates, self-attested photocopy of each certificate and other related documents at the time of interview.
