Qualification Details:
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Electronics Division, Mysore Road, Bengaluru invites application from candidates possessing the following specifications, to be engaged as Part Time Medical Consultant (PTMC), to meet the requirements of Unit Medical Department.

1. Name of the Post: Part Time Medical Consultant (PTMC)

3. Minimum Qualification Required: MBBS
4. Minimum Post- Qualification Experience Required: 01 Year in a hospital of repute.
5. Tenure of Engagement : The term of a PTMC will be one year at the time of initial appointment. Subsequent renewal (s) of term can be extended for a maximum period of three years at a time at the discretion of the management. There will be one month notice period, on either side in case of resignation / short closing of the contract.
6. Duration of Work : Four (4) hours / Six (6) hours in a day on all working days i.e., Monday to Saturday, based on requirement.
7. Remuneration : The remuneration will be according to the qualification as given below –
a) MBBS with one year of experience – Rs.440/- per hour
b) MBBS with PG Diploma – Rs.570/- per hour
8. Conveyance Charges : On actual basis, with upper ceiling of Rs.4500/- per month (upto 30 kms one way) and long distance travel (beyond 30 kms one way), upper ceiling limit of Rs.6000/- per month.
9. Activities Description: The PTMC will be involved in following activities -
a) Consultation of Employees, Retired Employees, Eligible beneficiaries, Apprentices, Contract Workers and Others
b) Periodical medical check up of employees engaged on hazardous nature of jobs.
c) Preventive Health check up of employees above 40 years and their spouse
d) General administrative work in Occupational Health Centre

Upper Age Limit 68 years
Document Required:

1. High school Mark sheet and certificate
2. MBBS Degree Certificate
3. Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India or by a State Medical Council
4. Proof of Experience (Experience Certificate on an authentic letter head)
5. SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate (if applicable)
6. Certificate of PH from Competent Authority (if applicable)
7. Documents of proof if retired from any Central Govt. Organizations or other CPSEs.
Important Instructions:
a) All candidates applying for the PTMC post should have their MBBS Degree recognized by Medical Council of India or by State Medical Council.
b) Candidates must be registered with Medical Council of India or by State Medical Council.
c) Candidates called for interview shall not be paid TA / DA.
d) There is no reservation for SC, ST and OBC. All applications will be treated under the UR Category.
e) The upper age limit is 68 years. Therefore, relaxation with respect to age will not be given to PH, SC, ST and OBC candidates.
f) The Management reserves the right to Revise / Reschedule / Cancel / Suspend the Engagement of PTMC process, if need so arises, without assigning any further notice or reason therefor. The decision of the Management shall be final and no appeal shall be entertained. The Company reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
g) Applications which are incomplete in any detail or without all the required enclosures or received after the last date for receipt of applications i.e., 12.10.2021 will be rejected and no correspondence on this will be entertained.

Selection Process :
