1. Job Title: Direct Marketing Executive (DME)
2. Job Location: Chennai. Preference will be given to candidate’s hometown.
3. Educational Background & Professional Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (MBAs in Marketing/Finance and/or candidates having 2 or 3 years’ experience in related field may be given preference.)
4. Remuneration: During the initial period, up to 3 years from the date of appointment, DMEs will be paid monthly stipend as per following: Metro Centers: Rs. 20,000/-
5. Personal Competencies: Self-Driven, Good Computer Skills, Good Communication Skills, Passion for Sales.
Age:
Age should not be less than 21 years or more than 35 years.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Procuring New Business from leads provided to him and his own sales activity.
2. Following up with Online Loan Applications. Completing the documentation work for processing the proposal and getting all requirements.
3. Attending & providing professional financial advice to direct customers and providing services to them.
4. Canvassing LICHFL’s Loan Products.
5. Customer relationship management – Providing after sales service.
6. Portfolio Monitoring.
7. Any other jobs as specified from time to time.
