Qualification Details:
In continuation to Commission's advertisement No.PSC- R(A)/25/2019 dated 4th May, 2021 for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) it is to inform the aspirants that 1 (one) post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) has been received from the department of Water Resource Department (WRD), Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in which Agriculture Engineering Degree holder is also eligible.

4. Qualification:
The Applicants must possess a Bachelor of engineering in Civil OR Bachelor of Technology in Civil from a recognized University. However, one who have appeared Or appearing in the final semester examination shall also be eligible to apply subject to production of original certificate/Mark sheet at the time of viva voce/lnterview.

The applicant must have attained 18 years of age and should not be more than 32 years of age as on 11/06/2021.
Documents Required:
(a) Recent passport size photograph
(b) Matriculation Certificate issued by a Board/University, as proof of date of birth.
(c) Class XII Certificate with Mark sheet.
(d) Degree Certificate with Mark sheet, issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational qualification.
(e) APST Certificate (for APST candidate).
(f) Aadhar Card/EPIC Card (for other candidate).
(g) Intimation letter to HOD or NOC from the applicable Authority (for departmental candidate only).
(h) Disability certificate (for PwD candidate only).
Selection Process :
1. The eligible candidate will have to appear in the written examination in the following subjects followed by viva voce.
2. For qualifying in the Written Examination, a candidate must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject and an aggregate total of minimum 45 % marks.
3. From amongst the candidates qualified in the Written Examination, the Commission will invite for the Viva Voce, numbers equal to three times the advertised posts, as per merit.
4. In case there are a large number of applicants, the Commission may conduct an Initial Recruitment Test (OMR Based Objective Type) on Technical Subject, to limit the number of candidates for the Written Examination to 12 times the advertised posts.
5. Applicants must give her/his preference of departments while filling- up the application form.
How to Apply :
1. The candidates are advised to go through the instructions given in the advertisement for filling up the online application. The other terms and conditions given in the advertisement vide No.PSC-R(A)/04/2021 Dated 4th May, 2021 shall remain as it is.
2. Therefore, to enable those who have Agriculture Engineering Degree to apply for the post, the website will be re-opened w.e.f 23/09/2021 up to 22/10/2021.
3. Moreover, the Civil Engineering candidates who could not submitted applications on the stipulated date last time can also submit application now.
4. The candidates who have already submitted applications need not to apply again.
