It is proposed to fill up 01 vacancy of Medical Officer (GDMO) to work in Pathology department by engaging full time General Duty Medical Officers purely on contract basis for a period of one year, to serve in Central Hospital of South East Central Railway as per the details given below:

4. Qualification:
a. Preferably MBBS with Diploma/Degree in Pathology. Or MBBS with at least one year experience in Licensed Blood Bank.
b. In addition to above, the retired Railway Doctors/retired Government Doctors of State/Central Govt. up to the age of 67 years is also eligible with same qualification/same experience as mentioned above.
5. Monthly remuneration will be payable in terms of Railway Board's guideline as specified from time to time Presently, monthly remuneration payable is as under:
a. General duty doctors (full time): Rs 75,000/-(Rupees Seventy five thousand only) per month.
b. Retired Doctors: Rs 75,000/-(Rupees Seventy five thousand only) per month (Subject to the condition that remuneration pension drawn by retired doctor should not exceed the last pay drawn)
Age:
Entry level age limit of candidates for appointment as Contract Medical Practitioners (CMPs) is 53 years.The maximum age limit is 65 years or 12 terms whichever is earlier, and each terms of engagement shall not exceed more than one year.

1. Candidates should have MBBS and Post Graduate degrees (wherever required) fromn any University/ Institute, recognized by Medical Council of India and the certificate should have permanent registration under State Medical Council or Medical Council of India or appropriate authority.
2. Mode of selection will be walk-in-interview however in prevailing conditions of covid-19 walk-in-interview will be conducted either in person or through online video cal1. Candidates are requested to give their correct phone number. Short listed candidates should make all arrangements for appearing for screening immediately after the date of closing of the notification.
