Qualification Details:
1. Position: Advisor
2. Duration: The tenure of re-engagement as Advisor will be initially for a period of six months or till the completion of the project which is earlier. The same can be extended as per the requirements/performance of the retired officer and at the sore discretion of company i.e DFCCTL. The re-employment can be terminated prematurely on one month's notice by either side.
3. Remuneration: As per HR Circular No. 29/2019 dtd.01.10.2019, the revised remuneration for the post of Adviser is Rs. 5700/- per diem and monthly remuneration shall be restricted to 15 days per month' ln case their services are utilized for half a day, the remuneration shall be 60% per diem rate.
4. Eligibility: Service: IRSE (Retired in HAG) with minimum 30 years work experience
5. Work Experience:
(i) Should be having vast experience of execution of Civil Engineering Projects over lR/Metro Railways, preferably on EPC mode including bidding strategy, contract management etc. Exposure to World Bank/JICA funded Projects with FIDIC guidelines will be Preferred.
(ii) Should have Previous experience of dealing with court cases related to contractual matters, arbitration matters, DAB etc.
(iii) Health Status: Should have sound health

The re-engagement as Advisor will be maximum age of 55 years only.

The selection will be done through lnterview/ lnteraction through VC date and time of which will be intimated in due course.
