Education Qualification :
With a view to support, strengthen and improve the quality of Elementary Education in the State of Assam in compliance with the Right to Education Act, 2009 and in pursuance of Govt. approval vide No. AEE.150/2021/8 dated 25/08/2021 and No. AEE.135/2021/24 dated 16/09/2021 and minutes of the meeting of Empowered Committee, TET held on 17/08/2021 communicated vide No. SSA/Esstt/TET/391/2011/Pt/7397 dated 01/09/2021;
i. Department, Assam, for filling up of 7242 (Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Two) vacancies of Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and 2112 (Two Thousand One Hundred Twelve) vacancies of Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher and Manipuri Language Teacher of UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam.
Documents Required:
i. Passport Size Photograph.
ii. HSLC Admit Card.
iii. HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.
iv. Degree Mark-sheet and Certificate.
v. Any other Mark-sheet and Certificate of higher education.
vi. DElEd/ BEd Marksheet (1st Year & 2nd Year) and Certificate.
vii. Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
viii. Certificate NCC (Only B or C Category only), Sports & Cultural (if represented state at National Level).
ix. Certificate and Mark sheet of Assam TET.
x. Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
xi. Certificate of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) issued by appropriate authority.
xii. Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.
xiii. Scanned Signature.
1. Candidates should be cautious while submitting the online application as once the online application is submitted against a particular Roll Number of Assam TET examination, they will not be allowed to submit the online application for second time.
2. After submitting the online application, the candidates will get a Unique Number against the submitted application and will keep the printout of the unique Number for all future references.
3. Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to cancellation of candidature
4. The office will not be responsible for any lapse in submission of online application due to any technical problem at the end of the candidate.

Selection Procedure :
1. The Selection of the candidates shall be strictly in order of merit considering the reservation for EWS/ OBC/ MOBC/ SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/ PWD etc.
2. Maximum Marks: 330
3. Any other marks obtained in other exams such as HSLC or Equivalent, Graduation, PostGraduation and other Professional Qualification not mentioned in the guideline of NCTE will not be considered.
4. Upper Primary: Maximum Marks - 430
5. Any other marks obtained in other exams such as HSLC or Equivalent, Post-Graduation and other Professional Qualification not mentioned in the guideline of NCTE will not be considered.
How to Apply :
It is for information of all concemed that the online application process for candidates mentioned in point 11 (a) of DEE, Assam Advertisement-A No. EANSIU/125/2021 /Pt-l/39 dated 18.09.2021 will be continued beyond 27.10.2021 till the Midnight of 31/12/2021.
