General Terms and Conditions:
General Terms and conditions for Executive Trainees:
1. For Executive Trainees, initially all found suitable and competent would be offered a six-year contract. First year will be for on the job training. Upon review of performance of first year, if found satisfactory, the remaining five years of the contract period will be allowed to be completed
2. The contract shall be extendable for similar term on same or higher level based upon satisfactory performance and Management’s discretion
3. Candidates having experience in Heavy Chemicals / Fertilizers / Petrochemicals industries will be given preference.
4. Candidates should have full time qualification at required level in the respective discipline.
5. Canvassing in any manner may disqualify the applicant.
6. The company reserves its right to accept and/or reject the applicant without assigning any reason.
7. Merely fulfilling the educational qualification does not necessarily entitle applicants to be called for personal interview. Relaxation in age may be given to deserving candidates.
8. The company reserves its right to transfer / place employees anywhere in India or abroad for all positions.

General Terms and Conditions for Apprentices:
1. All apprentices shall be engaged under Apprentices Act, 1961 and "Mukyamantri Apprentice Yojana"
2. Candidates shouldn’t have done apprenticeship at any other organization
3. Preference shall be given to candidates who are domiciles of Gujarat
4. Candidates are required to enter percentages for the period specified for each vacancy. If the scores available are in CGPA, the score must be converted in to the percentage
5. The period of apprenticeship training would depend on the area applied for
6. Stipend will be paid as per Government regulations
7. Candidates are required to enter correct details only, the candidate shall be debarred / terminated from the recruitment process or appointment, if at any time it is found that the details provided by candidate are false or with error
