Education Qualification :
1. Position: Biometric Lead
2. Educational Qualification: M Tech/ BE / B Tech in Computer Science / MCA/Engineering
3. Experience: Atleast 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience in biometrics.
4. Job Profile:
a. Conduct of POC for SDK, ABIS etc for improving system, accuracy and its performances
b. Responsible for maintaining system performance of BSPs
c. Assist in innovation and tests for improving existing Biometric solution and its related applications
d. Assist in getting new ideas and technology for improving Biometric solutions of UIDAI
e. Carry out detailed analysis to identify problems, loopholes, bottlenecks etc in Biometric operations and suggesting measures for its improvement
f. Responsible for Analyzing cases related to MDD policy dispositions referred by Grievance team and Tech Support team
g. Responsible for following up on hold packets, to be processed packets, suspended packets from the MDD backlog and verify failure packets
h. Reviewing design documents and impact analysis documents of all defect fixes Following up on MDD backlogs and getting them processed
i. Monitoring Middleware performance, application/environment
j. Assist PM Biometric Operations on requirement basis for addressing any new issues.
k. Support smooth deployment of new applications version minimizing impact and downtime.
l. Assisting in resolving issue in collaboration with MSAP/MSIP Providers on Technical Support and other issues.
m. Assisting in designs and maintain technical and project documentation.
n. Any other tasks assigned by ADG (Biometric) or UIDAI
5. CTC: Upto 19 Lakhs Per Annum
