1. Post Name: Executive (Finance)

2. Qualification: Any Graduate with PG Degree/ Diploma (Full time) in Management with minimum of 60% Marks from a recognized University*/ Institute. *University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

3. Experience (as on 01/03/2022): Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis/ handling analytical assignments in the field of Finance

4. No of Posts: Four (4)

5. Tenure of appointment: One (1) year or completion of assignment, whichever is earlier

6. Compensation: Rs.71,040/- per month. (all-inclusive consolidated compensation)

7. Job Role : The positions require understanding of Business Finance and undertaking systematic analysis in the following areas: 1) Identification of areas for cost cutting 2) Focused areas for improvement 3) Customer-centric reviews 4) Target activities for realizing funds from customer

Age Limit:
Upper age limit (as on 01/03/2022) : 32 years

Document Required :
a) Applicable documents pertaining to the applicant must be uploaded. Uploading of Blurred / edited images / incorrect documents will lead to disqualification of the candidature. Uploading of documents depends on the Internet connectivity. In case of failures, try uploading again until a appears against the document, on the Screen

b) Photograph (should not exceed 500KB, must be in .jpg format).

c) Signature (should not exceed 250 KB, must be in .jpg format), signed using blue/black ink).

d) SSLC / HSC Mark sheet as proof of date of birth.

e) Caste Certificate (OBC Non-creamy layer), if applicable. OBC(NCL) certificate to be as per latest guidelines of government and in any event not more than one-year-old.

f) Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Board (for Persons with disabilities(PwD) candidates only).

g) Discharge certificate (Ex-servicemen only).

h) Domicile certificate (J&K Candidates only).

General instruction:
1. The posts are purely temporary in nature and offered on Fixed Tenure basis for a period of One Year (Which may be extended upto a maximum period of three years based on the performance of the candidate and the management discretion). This post is not against any permanent vacancy. This placement will not entitle the candidate for any regular/ permanent employment in BHEL in future.

2. The submission of applications will be ONLINE only through our website https://careers.bhel.in. Applicant must read the instructions for submission carefully and ensure that the application submitted successfully and transaction with reference to payment of processing fee as applicable is successfully transacted.

4. In case of multiple submission of ONLINE applications from same applicant, only the last eligible application shall be considered as final submission for candidature in BHEL.

5. The applicant /Candidates should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria and other requirements and that the particulars furnished by them are correct in all respect. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that the candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria and/or the candidate has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), the candidature of such a candidate is liable to be rejected. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected, even after appointment, his/her services are liable for suitable actions including termination and prosecution.

6. Applications that are not in conformity with the requirements indicated in this advertisement/ incomplete application will not be entertained.

7. Candidates belonging to OBC category but not covered under 'Non-Creamy Layer' are not entitled to OBC reservation. As such, they should indicate their category as 'GENERAL'.

8. Candidates belonging to OBC/Physically Challenged / Ex-servicemen category should enclose copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority to that effect. OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates are also required to submit a self-undertaking to that effect

9. The candidature of applicants at all stages of selection process will be provisional and is subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. Mere issue of unique acknowledgement number / Interview call letter to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by BHEL. BHEL takes up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents, after the candidate has been called for Interview

10. 11. Candidates employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel or produce 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of interview. However, in the event of difficulty, they may apply directly and produce the relieving order from their Organization in the event of selection

12. Candidates should enclose attested copies for proof of date of birth, Degree Certificate, marks sheets of all semesters / consolidated marks sheets of PG Degree /Diploma in Management qualifications, Caste/Community Certificates and Experience certificates

13. The posts are purely temporary in nature and offered on Fixed Tenure Basis for a maximum period of one year or till completion of assignment, whichever is earlier and it is not against any permanent vacancy. This placement will not entitle any candidate to claim for regular/permanent employment in BHEL in future

14. Mere conformity to the job requirement will not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason and to raise the standard of specifications to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview. The recruitment process can be cancelled / suspended / terminated without assigning any reasons. The decision of the management will be final and no appeal will be entertained.

15. Candidates are advised to possess a valid e-mail ID, which is to be entered in the online Application Form. They are also advised to retain this e-mail ID active for at least six months as any important intimation to the candidates shall be provided by BHEL through e-mail. 16. Applicants should have sound health. Before joining selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination by the Company's Authorised Medical Officer and the appointment will be subjected to meeting the health standards prescribed by the Company. No relaxation in health standards is allowed

17. No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates not selected for interview / Appointment

18. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi

19. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification

20. BHEL reserves the right cancel the interview at any given point of time.

Selection Process:
1. If the number of eligible applicants is in the ratio of up to 1:8 to the number of vacancies, Candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions will be called for a Personal Interview. However, if the number of eligible applicants is in excess of the ratio of 1:8 to the number of vacancies, then all the eligible candidates shall be called for a Group Discussion.

a. Group Discussion shall be the qualifying stage of the selection process. All eligible candidates invited for the group discussion stage must necessary attend and complete this qualifying stage of selection process in order to be further shortlisted to interview stage.

b. Only candidates scoring more than 50% marks in the Group Discussion shall be considered as qualified for the interview stage. The final merit list in such a scenario shall be prepared by according 75% weightage to the interview score and 25% weightage to the Group Discussion Score.

2. Interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be conducted at New Delhi for which call letters to the eligible candidates will be downloaded from the website https://careers.bhel.in

3. Candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to and fro second-class sleeper train fare from the mailing address or the starting station, whichever is nearer to the place of Interview by the shortest route, on production of proof of journey.

d. For Candidate traveling from abroad, only to and fro train fare would be reimbursed second class sleeper train fare from the port of disembarkation to India to the venue of interview by the shortest route on production of proof of journey.

Step 1: Filling up Online Application:

Candidates are advised to keep their certificates/documents ready while filling up Online Application. Fill every section (Personal details, Education Qualification details, etc.) of Online Application Form. Filling of the fields, marked (*) are mandatory. After completing the Online Application Form, click on SUBMIT button. The application will be submitted and an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER will be generated. This number is important as this will be required to LOGIN for completing the remaining steps of your Online Application.

3. Experience certificates -

a) In the absence of proper service certificates, candidates shall be required to submit joining letter and relieving order and in case of serving employees, latest salary certificate / Slip may be sent in place of relieving order)

b) Experience /Service Certificate issued by Company/Organisation where worked/working. (Experience Certificates produced should clearly indicate date of joining and date of relieving from each organisation where worked.)

c) Joining-Relieving Letter from Company/Organisation

d) Offer of Appointment / Joining Order / Experience Certificate issued by the Employers along with first and / or last salary slip
