NTPC is looking for CEO (Mining) as per details given below:
1. Position: CEO (Mining)
2. Qualification: Graduate in Mining Engineering with First Class Mine Manager's Certificate.
3. Experience Requirement: 25 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or private company of repute.
4. Experience Profile: Should have adequate experience and demonstrated competency in mine planning, developing and operation of the mines (from green field projects to operation of mines), preferably open cast mines with an aptitude of good networking and stakeholder management.
5. Job Profile:
As CEO (Mining), the incumbent will be leading the Mining venture of the organization and will be responsible for overall management of all the mining projects of NTPC. The incumbent will be responsible for outlining project plans, setting project plans, setting projects goals/deadlines, evaluating performance and will ensure timely implementation of the operational plans of the mine, monitor and report progress and also recommend corrective measures.

7. Note: The initial appointment will be for a period of 03 years and can be further extended based on performance of the candidate.

9. Any proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/ or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Delhi and courts/tribunals/ forums at Delhi only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such cause dispute.
10. In case any ambiguity/dispute arises on account of interpretation in versions other than English, the English Version will prevail.
