Soldier General Duty:-
1. Education: Matric with 45% marks in aggregate (without mentioning any specific subject) and 33% marks in each subject. No stipulation of percentage required if higher qualification i.e. 10+2 and above. For CBSE, min of D grade (33- 40) in individual subjects and overall aggregate of C-2 grade or 4.75 pts.
2. Physical Standard (Minimum): Height-163 Cm Weight - 48 Kg Chest-77/82 Cm With minimum expansion of 5 cm. For Lahaul & Spiti DisttHeight-162 Cm) For Gorkha Height-157 Cm)
Age: 17 ½ - 21 Born between (01 October 1996 to 01 April 2000)
Soldier Clerk:-
1. Education: Should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate in Class XII. Should have studied English and Math/Accts/Book Keeping in Class XII or X and should have secured min 50% marks in each of these subjects, whether studied in Class XII or X.Even if a candidate is a graduate or has a higher qualification percentage marks scored in Class XII would be applicable towards his eligilibility.
2. Physical Standard (Minimum): Height-162 Cm Weight - 48 Kg Chest-77/82 Cm With minimum expansion of 5 cm.
Age: 17 ½ - 21 Born between (01 October 1996 to 01 April 2000)
Selection Procedure:- Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
