Other Qualifications :
1. Education: Advanced university Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Environmental science and management or relevant field.
2. Experience: 7-10 years of professional multidisciplinary experience in the development sector. Substantive research or practical work experience in coal, energy and power sector, in particular, coal-fired industrial boiler or mercury emission reduction would be desirable Experience of developing project concept notes and proposals for GEF projects would be an advantage.
Selection Process :
Technical Proposal (70%) Expertise and experience (35 marks) Methodology, Its Appropriateness to the Condition and Timeliness of the Implementation Plan (35 marks) Financial Proposal (30%) To be computed as a ratio of the Proposal’s offer to the lowest price among the proposals received by UNDP.
