FELLOWS (JRFs)and POST DOCTORAL FELLOWS in Zoological Survey of India in HQ, Kolkata and regional centres.

Post and Vacancies:-
1. Junior Research Fellow: 20 Posts
Pay Scale:Rs.12,000
2. Post Doctoral Fellow: 20 Posts
Pay Scale:Rs.36,000
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 28 years for Post 1, 35 years for Post 2 as on 30-01-2018. Age relaxation of 5 years is admissible for SC/ ST/ OBC/ women/ Physically Challenged candidates as per Govt of India rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master degree in Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Biological Sciences or Equivalent with Zoology as a major subject in undergraduate level with 60% of marks for Post 1, Ph.D or equivalent degree in Zoology/ Life Sciences, M.Sc for Post 2 with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
