Qualification Details:
Educational Qualification: A Degree from a recognized University / Institution. Experience: Officers holding analogous posts or holding posts of Personnel Officer or equivalent posts in the respective discipline of General Administration Department in the scale of pay of Rs.13000-18250 (pre-revised) (Revised scale of pay of Rs.24900-50500) in Govt. / Semi Govt. / PSUs or Autonomous Bodies with 3 years regular service in the grade will be eligible. The selection is by merit for which the bench mark in overall grading in the ACRs will not be below “Very good”.

1. Interested and eligible candidates for the post of Senior Personnel Officer, General Administration Department may send their application in the prescribed format as given below through proper channel so as to reach the Secretary, Chennai Port Trust, No.1, Rajaji Salai, Chennai – 600 001 on or before 02.04.2018 along with their full Bio-Data, self attested copies of certificates with regard to qualification / experience and 2 passport size photographs (apart from the one which has to be affixed on the application)
2. Incomplete / unsigned applications and application received without photographs, copies of required certificates such as educational qualifications, work experience, caste / community etc. and those received after the last date prescribed for receipt of application will summarily be rejected without any communication to the candidate. In respect of candidates already employed under Govt. / Semi Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Body with 3 years regular service drawing grade pay of Rs.5400/- (pre-revised) as per the 6th Pay Commission, are eligible to apply.
