Educational Qualification :
Head :

1. PMA Head
i. Qualification and Experience : 
a) Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Business Administration/ Social Sciences/ Developmental Economics/ Rural Development/Management
b) A minimum 12 years of proven and professional experience with at least 5 years in the leadership role in social/rural/educational/skill projects of the Government of India and/or with the International Organisations.

ii. Skills and Competencies a) Natural leader, self-driven, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial ability to drive the organisation b) Ability to work independently with lean resources c) Ability to network and co-opt collaboration from diverse stakeholders in government and private entities who are part of the DDU-GKY eco system d) Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines e) Unimpeachable integrity and strong work ethics and personal commitment f) Strong written and oral communication skills g) High level of numeracy and high level proficiency in software application including 

iii. Remuneration Consolidated remuneration for this position will be 2,50,000/- p.m. This will not be constraint to the right candidate.

2. Deputy PMA Head
i. Qualification and Experience:
a) Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Business Administration/ Social Sciences/ Developmental Economics/ Rural Development/Management
b) A minimum 10 years of proven and professional experience with at least 5 years in the leadership role in social/rural/educational/skill projects of the Government of India and/or with the International Organisations.

ii. iii. Remuneration Consolidated remuneration for this position will be 1,50,000/- p.m. This will not be constraint to the right candidate.

Thematic Expert :
1. Thematic Expert (Strategy Development): a) Post Graduate in Business Administration / Social Sciences/ Rural Development & Management b) Minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in preparing the organisation strategies (operation, training, marketing, etc.) in leading management consulting organisations or in any government department or in a public sector undertaking

2. Thematic Expert (Standards and Quality Assurance): a) Graduate Degree in any discipline b) Reputed certification in Quality management and Quality Assurance such as Lean management, Black belt in 6 Sigma and other such certifications c) Minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in leading Quality Management systems and Quality Assurance team for a large program or organisation d) Proven experience in designing and implementing QA systems and undertaking Quality

3. Thematic Expert (Social Brand Management): a) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or other relate fields, with knowledge of communication and marketing principles (a post graduate degree is desirable) b) At least 8 years of professional work experience in communications and marketing or public relations preferably in social development sector c) More than two years of experience in designing, editing and producing publications, especially reports and briefs d) Experience in brand management e) Highly skilled in conceptualizing, writing and selling to internal and external audiences f) Advanced English-language writing, editing and spoken English g) Excellent oral communication skills, including presentation (Power Point) with strong attention to detail h) Website content editing and proofing

4. Thematic Expert (Procurement): a) Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Social Sciences/ Education/ Computer Sciences/ Rural Development & Management b) Minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in IEC&ICT in a major social sector

5. Thematic Expert (IEC&ICT): a) Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Social Sciences/ Education/ Computer Sciences/ Rural Development & Management b) Minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in IEC&ICT in a major social sector organisation/ large program

6. Thematic Expert (Data Analysis): a) Post-Graduation or equivalent in Management or relevant disciplines b) Proven experience of at least 8 years in designing and implementation of MIS preferably in social sector c) Should have excellent documentation, presentation and analytical skills. d) Should be well versed with carrying out research and data collection to understand the thematic area e) Knowledge of latest IT environment/databases

7. Thematic Expert (Capacity Building): a) Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Business Administration (specialisation in HR)/ Social Sciences/ Rural Development & Management b) Minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in leading training and capacity building functions & team for a large program or organisation

8. Thematic Expert (Assessment and Certification): a) Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Political Science, Management, Rural Development, Development Studies and/or other related fields b) Minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in any leading training institution or in an educational institution in the areas of conducting examinations, awarding certificates, diploma, degrees, etc. c) Knowledge of Indian Educational system especially the technical education delivery e.g. ITIs, ATIs, UGC, Universities, Engg. Colleges, etc.

9. Thematic Expert (Research & Policy): a) A Master's degree or equivalent in law, economics, political science, international relations, or other subject of relevance for the position b) A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international economics, political science, international relations or a related area, preferably in an international environment and with knowledge of and experience in Skill ecosystem c) Possesses strong analytical skills demonstrable through previous work d) Fluency in oral and written English. e) Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment;

10. Thematic Expert (MIS): a) First class B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA with some exposure to Statistics essential. Preference will be given to those who are holding MBA qualification in addition b) Minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in the MIS development and implementation for Government/ semi-Government/ PSU organizations in India c) Hands-on experience in using at least one RDBMS – SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc. d) Should have working experience in programming, designing MIS for large government projects or organisations e) Experience in open source platforms, Data analytics and visualisation

11. Thematic Expert (Finance): a) Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Economics preferably Masters in Business Administration (specialisation in Finance), CA, ICWA, etc. b) Minimum of 6 years with at least 5 years’ experience in finance & accounts for Government/ semi-Government/ PSU organizations in India and should be familiar with norms, timelines, rules e.g. GFR rules, various directives of Ministry of Finance / GoI / State / MoRD c) The candidates should have a Cost Account or Chartered Accountant or qualified from Indian Revenue Services d) The candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience in budget planning, estimation, fund management, corporate finance, project finance
