Qualification :
1. Qualification: Mat/ITI/NAC
2. Experience & Responsibility: More than 25 years Exp. in the area of manufacturing of spiral bevel gears required for GPM Machines as well as for their accessorie to operate the Spiromatic bevel gear cutting machine. More than 25 years Exp. in operating Lapping machine.

General Condition :
a. Consultant so engaged shall not construe it as permanent employment and shall not be entitled to any preferential treatment equivalent to permanent employee or entitled to regular employment.
b. No other allowances or monetary benefits applicable to the permanent employees shall be payable to the contractual appointee
c. The Consultant engaged on contract basis are entitled for usual train/bus fare applicable on par with other regular employees of equal status for official travel with due sanction by the competent authority/controlling officer.
d. Consultant will follow the general rules and regulations of the organization discipline & good behaviour during their contract period.
e. Ordinarily, consultants engaged on contract basis will not be deputed to other units. However, in exigencies the Company reserves the right to depute to any other units in line with the deputation policy of the Company.
f. Those who are selected/engaged as consultant shall undergo medical check-up and produce a medical certificate issued by a Qualified Registered Medical practitioner before joining the Company.
g. Any other matter relating to the terms & conditions of the contract not specified herein shall be decided at the discretion of the Management from time to time which will form part of terms of appointment.
