Eligibility: The Advocates who are eligible to appear before the Court and having minimum experience of 7 years as a practicing Advocate in criminal matters may apply to be empanelled as Special Public Prosecutor. Adequate experience in handling trials related to Direct Taxes is desirable. The requirement is as under(a) Bangalore: 3 (b) Mysore: 1 (c) Davanagere: 1 (d) Kalburgi :1 It is preferable if the applicants are stationed at the specified places for the sake of mutual convenience.
