Steel Authority of India Jobs Recruitment Notification 2018. SAIL Refractory Unit intends to engage Doctor in General Duty on contractual basis for its Bhandaridah Plant dispensary situated at Bhandaridah in Bokaro District Jharkhand.Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Qualification Details:
i. Minimum qualification/ eligibility: MBBS (Diploma in industrial health or certificate of training in industrial health is desirable
ii. Duration of engagement: 12 months, extendable for a similar period
iii. Working hours /Leave: Working hours shall be 08 hours a day as per dispensary timings (with one day off per week). In case of less numbers of hours , pro-rata payment will be made. Ten (10) days leave in contractual period of 12 months of engagement. No other benefits shall be payable.
iv. Salary: Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. forty thousand only) per month (all inclusive). No other benefits shall be payable. Income tax shall be deducted as per Income tax Act & Rules.
Age: Upper age limit 70 years as on date of Walk-in-interview. Retired Doctors can also apply
Other Terms and Conditions:
1. The engagement is purely on ͞contractual basis͟ and is not to be construed as giving rise to any right of regular appointment in SAIL Refractory unit, Bhandaridah Plant in any manner whatsoever.
2. SRU reserves the sole authority to consider the cases as per its rules and decision of SRU in this regard shall be firm & binding.
3. SRU reserves the right to reject any application OR cancel the candidature OR the whole process of test/interview OR number of doctor indicated above, without assigning any reason thereof and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection. The decision of the Interview Board constituted by SRU for this purpose shall be final and binding.
4. Candidature of an applicant is liable to be rejected at any stage of the selection process or after selection, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is found not to be in conformity with requisite eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
5. Engagement can be terminated by either side on 01 months’ notice or consolidated remuneration in lieu thereof without assigning any reason. Absence from duty for a period exceeding 10 days without permission shall be liable for termination of engagement.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Walk-in-interview
7. Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Bokaro.
Documents Required:
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria as specified above may attend interview on the above date, time & venue with the following certificates/documents in original along with self-attested photocopies of the certificates/documents.
a. Filled in application format with a recent passport size colour photograph.
b. All educational certificates and mark sheets from Class X onwards.
c. Valid Registration Certificate issued by any State Medical Council.
d. Service certificate/Experience certificate issued by the parent organization should be enclosed.
e. Photo Identity Proof (Voter ID/PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/Passport).
Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidates for contractual engagement as Medical Officer in SRU Bhandaridah Plant will have to be done through walk-in interview. They are required to download the application form (Annexure-I) from www.sail.co.in and submit the duly filled- in application form along with the supporting documents at the time of walk-in interview.
